The Cardinal Student Newsblog welcomes anybody with an interest in writing, graphic design, web design, public relations, editing, and anyone else with an interest in spreading news and awareness to others! We welcome any SMU student, no matter your major or experience level!This club offers excellent practical experience for resumes and getting more involved with the SMU community. This is also an excellent club for flexibility. Our weekly planning meetings typically last 15 minutes tops and you are able to pick your assignments of interest to work with on your own time/schedule.
The purpose of this club is to maintain a newsblog that covers events and issues with a particular focus on SMU students. A monthly email newsletter is sent to the students, faculty, and newsblog subscribers.
